    Lookin' good. I'm planning to do a sirloin roast around New Years Day or so. Whenever the weather seems to be cooperating.

    Nice! I put a shoulder on about 6 this morning. I'll be a good dinner!! We're doing a Cajun Christmas! Smoked pulled pork sandwiches, jambalya, crab boiled red potatoes/corn/garlic, and corn bread! Almost did crawfish pie but thats just alot of cooking!

    Got a pork butt going last night with an injection and rub, put it on this morning.

    LoL! As soon as my kitchen remodel is done, I'm all about it! My wife would kill me if I brought over a house full of guest. But I can def bring something to a herf!! Maybe a pot luck herf is in order!! I'll bring the Jambalya!
