My wife didn't mind when I first started because I only smoked on rare occasions. As I got into the hobby, bought a humidor, and started smoking more frequently, she didn't like it and started to complain. Now, she knows that its important to me and has even bought me my first ashtray and is looking to get me a cabinet humidor. She still thinks that cigars stink, but she is supportive now. I can ask for more than that.
The better half enjoys them just as much as I do. She keeps telling me to just pick one and stop looking at the humidors. LOL. She has gone as far as getting a patio heater for my hobby. Over all she knows its something that I enjoy and tend to relax while having a cigar. I don't have any really expensive hobby's so she is cool with it.
