    Forget where I took that pic somewhere between Saint Louis and Cairo IL. And yup all grain barges.

    No I don't get on the lower . Just the Ohio, Upper Miss and the Illinois rivers. I've done switched boats since I took that pic now above Cincinnati.

    Cool Beans, Being from SouthEastern Ohio and watching Hundreds of these Move up and down the Ohio, its cool to see that view .... we dont have Barges in California just GIANT OCEAN CARGO BOATS! LOL Eveer have to negotiate around Willow Island near St. Marys? LOL

    Oh yeah! Good thing that bend and bridge is wide as it is when the river is hot you got to try to hit the right bank to get around it.
