Yup. I'm working on my second bundle of Rothschilds. They taste and burn like the banded sticks, but I've noticed that the cap tends to fall off if I use my guillotine, so I use a punch cutter and all is well.
For the price I'd say pick some up it you like Punch (which I do).

Not that this'll help, but the Perdomo ESV '91 2nds are seriously good. I hit last weeks deal twice. But the Punch's? No.
