My weight this morning was 230lbs. I'll get the pic up as soon as I get home tonight. This was a very good and very bad two weeks for me. The first week was AWESOME!! I ate great and was working out 1-2 times a day. This past week was horrible. I got a couple of family walks in and my snacking was off the charts. And the start of this week is off to a bad start. I got the cold/flu bug going around. It should help me with the eating part, but I won't be able to get in any sort of work out for at least the next 2-3 days. Oh well. Hopefully you guys are melting away the pounds!!
I have no f*cking idea how this is possible. I will toally admit I have done nothing to lose weight to this point, but this is f*cking crazy. Im embarassed and feel like a real sh!thead.
OK. I mentioned at the start that I wouldn't be able to weigh in on 5/21 so I am weighing in today, 5/18. The pounds keep dropping, but, it is getting tougher to get rid of them. I can't seem to get into a good exercise routine. Some of my weight loss has to be because I was sick for the most part the past two weeks. I fell better now, but this upcoming week is going to be hell on loosing weight. I will probably gain back 5-10 lbs easily. I hope things are going good for the rest of you. I'll try to check in next week to see how you guys are doing. Have a good one!!!

Vulchor: Starting weight: 238.8 lbs. Never weighed in on the end date. Gaetano: Starting weight: 253.4 lbs. End weight was 245 lbs. Total weight loose was 8.4 lbs. Total percentage loose was 3.31%. Bobbo: Starting weight: 240 lbs. End weight: 212 lbs. Total weight loose was 28 lbs. Total percentage loose was 11.67%. Medic: Starting weight: 343.2 lbs. Never weighed in on the end date. Chemforever: Starting weight: 197.4 lbs. End weight was: 180.4 lbs. Total weight loose was 17 lbs. Total percentage loose was 8.61%.
It does seem I won, but, someone please double check my numbers before we claim a victor. No matter what congrats to us all for loosing some weight. I know that it was very tough for me, ecspecially during the second to last week since I was on vacation and there was no working out for me.
