image-picture manipulation program

I don't know how many of you know about reducing the sizes of your pictures, but there is a free program called Irfanview that will allow you to resize the picture, crop it and a bunch of other things.
The reason I bring this up is that I know a lot use their phones to use the forums and large pictures are usually large file sizes. Anyway, thought I would throw it out there for ya.

I have an automotive website with forums. So a lot of my guys post images, diagrams and that, that they have to get the file sizes down and all, so it was a great little free program that we found that everyone likes.

Got it saved. I'll have to download it later. I have A wi-fi budget.

That's cool, but to be honest, I host all of my photos on Photobucket, and they have pretty extensive editing options now.
