It's either the cold/flu that i have or the otc medicine I'm taking to quell the symptoms but I'm just not enjoying pipe tobacco much today. The cigars are enjoyable enough. The strange part is, just before I started feeling sick, which came on in a matter of hours, I was especially enjoying pipe tobacco. Maybe this should have gone in the things that make you go hmm thread.

G&H cherry cream flake. I taste the cherry but it's not appealing to me like it should be. I'm going to have to come back and smoke everything I've smoked today again when I'm not sick. I guess I'll just stick to cheap cigars until then.

The old stem snapped off at the tenon so I took a new stem with a fatter tenon and sanded the tenon down with micromesh pads until it fit. I then had to drill out the replacement stem and funnel the bit to get a good draw, it works fine now but is pretty mismatched to the stummel, but I was happy not to spend much money on a cheap car pipe.
