80% Orlik Golden Sliced / 20% 1792 Flake in the Il Duca Morta Bulldog. (I'd have called it a Rhodesian, but they didn't)

Bulldogs have a diamond shaped shank extending under the bowl of the pipe while Rhodesians have a round shank. Thanks, I couldn't figure out how that got the Bulldog assignation. Focused on the bowl I guess.
Oh, and the 80/20 mix seemed to work out for me.

Since Rusty mentioned smoking some Kriswills lately I decided to smoke my next bowl in my Kriswill.
I'm smoking some 2020 Samuel Gawith St. James Flake in my Kriswill Bernadette stack pipe paired with a straight shot of Honduras Copan and Brazil Joaquim Ribeiro. The pipe took one of the flakes shown below and I'm not sure that it came through well in the picture but the flakes were really sparkling with sugars and evaporates on them which really heightened my anticipation of the bowl.

I enjoyed it. Not too sweet. More on the mild side. Needs a little extra dry time before stuffing the bowl.

The chocolate Frog didn't have much chocolate or whiskey. It was all in the background. Mostly an English. Not bad, not great.
