Trying out Tom Cotton's Double-pressed Burley. Tastes nice. Their claim of the edges being removed is accurate. No bite, just smooth smoke. What's noticeable is that the nuttiness of the burley is not at the forefront. Its more in the background.

Trying more Per G. Jensen Port Guardian made at C&D today in my figural Meer for Meerschaum Monday. Reviews seem to mention the deep, complex flavor notes but I'm still just getting Tang drink powder or crushed up Vitamin C pills. Reminds me a bit of Rattray's Exotic [Orange] Passion.
