What is this stick? A Real monte?

My dad showed me this cigar just chilling in a tubo with a corked end. Will a corked sealed end hold in humidity for 10 years? Here are pics, the Monte band is sorta a red flag for me personally.

    Montecristo millenium.
They came in black, blue and red bands.
    In Fumo Pax
Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.

And the band is mimicking or exactly like the Monte Cristo Les Cigares Des Artes. A line that was discontinued back in like '04-'05. I have a half a box of them and it has some famous artists painting on the box and bands.

To answer your question the cork won't hold. It makes it HARDER to dry the cigar out, but you still need to keep it in constant humidity in a humidor. So if it was sitting out, it's a cool piece, but not very smokeable
