Update on the tobacco jungle

Hey guys. More updates. I got the seco and volado leaves hung up, mud leaves are in the kiln, and ligero/corona leaves get harvested next week to wrap things up. Then in about two months everything should be dried out and cooked in the kiln and ready for rolling. We are thinking around 500 cigars (maybe more). I'll definitely be giving out a bunch in contests, etc. (based on if they don't suck or not).

Check out our video we made over at the Crap Network blog:

Tremendous fun. If I weren't afflicted with the Black Thumb, I would try the same myself. Gotta be better than the crap leaves I bought to roll. Following this project with rapt attention.
“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)
