Casa Fernandez Miami

Robbyras sent me one of these and for some reason, I've grown to like the "miami" cigars.
So I checked up on these and while I do see the cedary, sweet cinnamon notes to it.
I didn't find any of the peppery notes that folks talk about, until about halfway through.

It's a fairly "soft" cigar, with a fairly loose draw producing quite a bit of smoke.
The ash hangs on pretty well.

All in all, if you like cigars like the Padilla Miami, then you may find this one to your liking.
I'd say it is a bit on the medium side, with enough flavor to keep you interested in it, but have a drink on hand, as it will be needed with this cigar.

So this is about as close to a review as I'm likely to get, but here it is.

For those who've tried this cigar, I'd be interested in your thoughts too.

Edit: I forgot to mention construction. It is a soft cigar, rather loose and the wrapper is pretty thin.
Be aware that if you go from inside to outside, the likelihood that the wrapper will crack is very high.

Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.
