What style offense and defense would you run? I'd run a pro style offense (2wr, 1te, 1rb and 1fb) with a 4-3 cover 2 D. The D is hard for me...I like aspects of all of them, the 4-3, 3-4, 46..

Depends on the level of football we are talking about, and the personnel the coach has at his disposal. In pro football the fullback is a dead position, so most teams don't run a pro set anymore (ironic right). In high school and college however there are a good majority of programs that still have a fullback, so a pro style would be a good option if you wanted a balanced run and pass attack. If you have the personnel, i would personally run a west coast offense (short high percentage passes, which opens up the run) and a 3-3-5 defense (with linebackers lining up on the line).
