College Bowl Game Contest - 2012-2013 - Game Time!

There is still plenty of time to get in on this. Te contest will close on December 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. EST.

Well, it is that time of year again. The past couple of years we have done a college bowl game contest on here and I was looking to see if anyone would be interested in doing one again this year. If enough people are interested I can always start one. The rules would be simple: (I am stealing Vulchor's rules from 2010) I will post all games everyone picks the winners of every game. Also, as a tie breaker, have to give the total points scored of the National Championship game and the Rose Bowl Game (separately of course). Top 2 participants in the game decided by wins and tie-breaker if needed... win.

The winner gets a little pack of 3 cigars (although Im hoping people send more like 5-7) from 60% (the first 60% of people who sign up) of the people who lost. The 2nd place person gets a package from 40%. A winner could get a few dozen depending on how many participate and the MOST you could lose is 3 sticks or so (again, we're all generous, 5-7). I will give names of who sends to who after season is over. Its a nice long game with a good reward possibility and lots of chances to win.

Also, I would say that anyone who plays should be on the good traders list.

Please have all game picks listed in this thread no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on December 15. The first bowl game starts at 1:00 p.m. EST.

    Was going to post about this tomorrow Bobbo....but Im more than ok with you setting it up. We did it this way 2 yrs ago, last year was on Yahoo and based on confidence per bowl game with pts assigned----Im good either way but let us know=======and of course, Im in.

    I am going to go with a straight pick'em like we did two years ago. I enjoyed that much better then the confidence points.

    I believe it. I enjoyed doing it by hand when I used to do this contest, added to the holiday cheer if that makes any sense.
