I bought some cigars off him over a month ago. I sent the loot via paypal and it went "unclaimed". He popped on here a few weeks and I told him to bill me..... Still nothing. I dont want to look like some scumbag. I just want to get the payment out to him.....

    Try emailing him through his PayPal. Probably have better luck that way.
