    Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

    I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.

    Nice, Kuzi, but I think that's a cake pan. There is a difference.

    I watched the "musical interpretation" of pi, wow.

    Sometimes math is just scary (in a good way). That is insane

    i was surprised how good it came out. i was expecting it to be a jumbled mess.

    I know, I thought it would be a mess too. I would love to hear different scales... It would take on a whole other feeling, probably very creepy with a natural or harmonic minor.

    I'm having a pizza (pie) tonight, does this count as a pi(e)?

    not a bad idea. but to be sure, measure the pizza across then multiply by (3.14159) squared. now you know how much pizza you have.

    my wife and i are headed to a greasy spoon and we are gunna pick up some actual pie.
    last year we made some pie. no time this year.

    This is one of the more fun days of the year for me. Every year, I organize some Pi Day festivities for my classes. In the end, I end up eating more than my share of pie. I think my students brought in about 30 pies today. Crazy. More importantly, we end our yearly fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with an opportunity for students to buy shaving cream pies for a dollar and throw them at a teacher. We have a half day tomorrow, so we decided to push that event to tomorrow. Easily the most anticipated day of the year for my students! If I happen to get a good pic of myself covered in shaving cream, I'll post it here.

    i had the steak part....doubt i get the BJ, but the wife did give me that look earlier so i might get to have some fun.
    No pie, she had a sinus headache and passed out...ughhhh..
