Very creamy, not overly sweet, but too much froth. I put the cream and about two-three ounces of root beer, and some crushed ice in a drink shaker and shook it a few times. Then poured into the glass and added the rest of the IBC. Solid 8 outta 10.
Next time I will add the cream to the IBC and give it a slow stir...

When I make it, the easiest way to cut down on the foam is pour all the root beer in the glass, then pour the cream in the middle of the glass so it doesn't touch the glass itself. Then no ice and don't stir it.

Coffee, diet dr pepper, iced tea, if not a red wine, white russian, or ground beef drink. But YMMV.
What is a ground beef drink, I eat more beef than most and have never heard of a ground beef drink lol.
Haha. yea that sounded a bit gross I guess. But a table spoon of raw ground beef, or seeped ground beef with hot water (like a beef tea), red bull, vodka. Some in Eastern Europe will add a splash of cream or honey. The raw beef creates a fizz and a fatty mouthfeel.
Raw ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure bacteria are killed. People should also do a thorough job of washing their hands after handling potential sources of contamination such as animals or bathroom surfaces and before handling food.

Definitely want to at least soak it in some lime or lemon juice to cook it ( civiche style) or grind it yourself (tare tare) from a whole cut of beef and then it’s pretty safe. What that is referencing is store bought ground beef and that is definitely good advice for store ground pre-packaged.

Due to some potential health issues looks like I will be taking a bourbon hiatus. Looks like the clear winner is Water. But I am planning to try some ginger Beer with my burn tomorrow.
Did that tobacco syrup crap give you some health problems? I read that that stuff can mess you up.

Nah. This is something that has been going for a little bit.

Hopefully its just some minor digestive issue. But I did read some stuff about the tobacco syrup. gotta be careful how long you cook it. can be quite powerful

I picked it up when I started keto, so I use sugar free root beer. I think most sugar alcohols taste a bit sweeter than normal, so they do make a very root-beer float type flavor. I personally add the root-beer to the cream and just drink the foam.
I also picked up a bunch of different sugar-free syrups, and will make Italian cream sodas. Syrup in the bottom, seltzer water on top of that, then cream down the middle. Those I do drink with ice.

Root beer with about 3 ounces of heavy cream added to it is incredible, shoutout @Wylaff .
I tried this with eggnog instead of cream. Delicious if you like eggnog, but you need to drink it with a straw and stir it before you drink it because the eggnog settles at the bottom of the glass.
Coffee, tea or a 50/50 of diet Mountain Dew and water. It’s just too sweet for me unless I mix it. @Patrickbrick since I’ve been shying away from sugar I don’t use nearly as much creamer in my coffee now.

Seems to go well with Maduros. I tried to mix it last night with Markers Mark. Major fail.
