    Mississippi recently ratified the amendment banning slavery, too.

    Progress! Like fresh air! Now even the "state" of Chicago recognizes & ratifies the 2nd amendment. I was born in Chicago, fortunately, I didn't lose anything while I was there, so, no need to go back.

    Madigan will get her 30 day extension....... So, by IL standards, we should have a CC program in place by Spring 2035. Don't hold your breath, fellas...

    Will the licensing be on demand or will you have to meet impossible requirements like donating to the Obama fund.
