"To preempt protesters, Wal-Mart sought, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, Organization United for Respect at Wal-Mart and other unnamed defendants from a judge in Benton County, Arkansas."
I like this - cited from many executives speeches at the event, "You operate with integrity, our company was founded on integrity," Chief Executive Mike Duke told the crowd. "For Wal-Mart, compliance is an absolute. Make no mistake about it, we will do the right thing.".
Pathetic really. So I guess Websters needs to change the definition of Integrity.

Exactly, my dad was in that union for years when he worked for Albertson's and Safeway, then when he was management the only time they tried to help anyone was when he tried to fire the shop steward's dealer, they also tried to sweep my dad's pension that he earned as a union member into their executive fund. They're not much better than the companies they claim to fight.
