I'm glad you brought this question up because I don't usuall look at the newsletters. But I did take a look at the latest one and noticed that if you scroll down you can find the "Archives" of older newsletters. I'm gonna enjoy reading all of those back issues.
As for your question. I noticed in the archives that sometimes the second monthly newsletter doesn't come out until as late as the 24th or even the 26th on some months. Maybe it won't be too much longer until the new one comes out.
