What is this?

This came up on my cigar today. The wrapper wasn't dry, but where this is was dry. It didn't wipe off, it wasn't fury at all, so I know it wasn't mold. But, is it bad?

    No, its not real glue. I have some from the DR, looks like that when it dries at times.

    Yup looks like a pectin spot. You'll come across that from time to time. Just puff away.

    It looks like a water stain to me. When tobacco is curing and there is water on it during this process you get a bit of a discoloration. If this is what it is there is nothing to worry about....
