Look at the bright side: By the end of the day you'll know you know what you're doing.
“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)
My guess is that on a day like that, you realized that: 1) you earned your money for that day 2) you must get other things out of the job than just the money 3) glad to be done for the day. 4) spring cant come quick enough
Truly hope the day finished well for you and that things went as well as they could given the challenges the weather created for you. Stay safe.
Well, how'd the day turn out, Captain Hamlin? Didja make it through the stanches without staving in your gunwales?
