    Don't know what it says but leave it empty and take it on long road trips. You'll never have to pull over unless you need gas or have to poop.

    Im no translator... but I think it says.. drink all prior to boarding plane... and make sure you are not sober when you deplane at your destination. OR... use me to gather attention so that you can do whatever magic trick / smuggling trick (ISOMs) you desire. Not sure but that may be what it says.
