This year, the herf will once again benefit the Variety Childrens Learning Center: www.vclc.org which is a school for children with Autism and learning delays. This cause is very important as the current statistic is Autism affects 1 in 100 children.
$20.00 entrance fee includes hot tray foods, 2 - 6 foot heros, salads and soda/water. Everyone attending will receive a goodie bag. Raffle tickets are $5.00 each, 5 tickets for $20.00 and 13 tickets for $50.00 with all proceeds going to the school.

Also, there was a raffle where I won a Drew Estate cutter, but the prizes included a full box of Camacho Liberty 09s and a box of the unreleased Quesada 35th Anniversary, which the Fonseca guys were nice enough to gift to me. Beautiful, featuring an Ecuadorian-Grown Aripicara wrapper. Fantastic smoke if you can get it. More updates later.
