So I was playing around with a free photo editor I found the other day and had some fun and thought it turned out kinda cool so I thought I'd share. It's called Paint.NET.

I started doing things with PhotoShop and Adobe years ago and it's great fun. You can do a lot of things with it and I took a photo of my Parents and retouched it where there weren't any flaws in the photo at all..took out any skin issues or wrinkles and such and then printed it out on an 8X10 photo paper and sent it to them. They could hardly believe the difference and thought this was a photo that was taken 20 years prior...everything was airbrushed and smoothed over. I even did one of my sister who has some 'flaws' and completely redid her where she almost started crying because of how much she wanted so badly to look like the finished photo. 15 minutes of just fooling around with a photo can bring a huge measure of joy to somebody....who'd of thought?

Anyone else have any photoshop skills? I have a pic I'd like to touch up a bit. I was indoors taking a picture of something outside and there's a slight reflection on the window of my white or gray shirt. It's nothing special, just a pic I took with my phone, so not a big deal. Certainly not a big enough deal to buy the software myself.
Let me know if you can do anything with it. Thanks.

@CharlieHeis ; look up the program called "GIMP"....it's a free/open source image editor with similar features as photoshop.

For those interested, nothing beats the the powerful features of Adobe Creative suite. For $10 p/month, you can get full access to Photoshop, Lightroom and various mobile apps. I use their photography bundle linked below.

There's obviously a learning curve involved but between Adobe and the rest of the internet, you'll find tons of vids and tutorials to get you going.

SInce someone asked, thought I would top this thread.
Android app I like to use.
    Reduce Photo Size
    Can crop, reduce and rotate.
Here is a picture that when taken was 3.5MB
Using the app, resized to less than 10% of that.

PC program I like the most is Irfanview.
