Calling in an order

Can anyone recommend a certain CCOM Rep to call when ordering? I am wanting to call in to see if I can find a stick that is not showing on the site. From what I understand there are done things not put on their sure thatcan still be ordered over the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Tell them you found something not on their site you want.
    Quite a few times, they've come up with it.
    I wanted some LFD Cameroon Cabinet cigars (and yes, I do smoke other than cameroons) and they weren't listed on Ccom.
    They gave me a price and I bought them.

    Anyone there can offer you great service. I have always used Tim because he was my "Welcome" to C.C guy. when I first started here

    About 95% of my orders are through email to Tim, but I have called him and ordered once or twice. Great guy, but I have heard the same about all the sales reps. Ccom's service really is second to none.

    I couldn't find a way to call a certain person so I ended up just calling into the call center via the toll free number. I wasn't able to get the box I wanted, however I was able to score the same amount of cigars minus the cool box for about the same price.

    I'm looking for an empty box for the Davidoff Nicaragua Toros. Friday is my buddies birthday and that is one of his favorite sticks. I was able to get 3 four packs, just don't have the box to put them in. I can work with what I have if need be.
