    Oh darn.....I was looking for a particular and specific reply. I had 25 cigars all ready to go....darn...and pity's sake...now I have to age them and smoke them...golly gee willikers.

    Duct tape is not for ducts.

    Duct tape is not for ducts.
    Agree...ditch the duct tape for ducts. Get some aluminum foil tape if that's the application -- works much better and doesn't bleed air like regular duct tape does.

    Skip the duct tape for other applications too and get some gaffers tape. It costs a little more $$ but it's thicker and doesn't leave the sticky residue behind that duct tape does. Give it a try and you'll never go back to regular duct tape.



    But as far as velcro goes....I'm more of a zipper or button type of guy.
    Nothing against velcro though.

    And I've been buying my duct tape and WD-40 separately! What a fool I've been.
