    If this question is dealing with what I think, just take off the bands and put them in a ziploc bag, no box. Customs shouldn't bother you.

    you can bring up to 100 of them without having an import tax.

    For NC I think it is two boxes coming into the us and 2 liters of alcohol. Of course as kudzu points out l, zero CC.
