    Must be a west coast thing. I have never tried it, and don't know anyone who has ever mentioned trying it. May have to pick up a can and start a trend. That pic from Daniel looked very good.

    Definitely try it. It's pork shoulder ham, just the right size for one person. I ate bunches of it back when I was a long distance solo sailor. A spam, a pickle, plenty mustard, maybe a soda cracker, and you are good to go.

    In your grocers bread isle look for a roundish loaf that is ......wait for it....that is black. The (best) black bread is called "black bread" and there is one that is pumpernickel bread. It makes the best sliced meat sandwiches you can imagine.
