Peterson's Irish Flake
Just popped a new tin of Peterson's IF. It has 15 months of age on it. I have to say this blend is really growing on me. It is not as strong as they say, but full flavored for sure. I smoked it this morning before breakfast with coffee no major Nic issues with it but the flavors are wonderful. I will have to smoke several more bowls before I decide if I will celler several tins but I am thinking it is worth the price to have several on hand.
