Unknown Cigar

I recieved a cigar in a Cigar for Troops package that didnt come with any list of what the cigars. This particular one is weird to me it has a white band with RP #2 on it. I have looked at almost every rocky patel and none fit the bill. Can anyone identify it?

    Upload a pic. Do u have that ability in Afghanistan?

    Did it have a checkered pattern around the band?
    The only white label Rocky Patel that I can think of are the Edicion Unica, the Private Cellar and the Rocky Patel II 26.
    A pic of the label would definitely help.
