Put a rack of ribs on a rotisserie for the 1st time, turned out pretty good. Have to admit not as good as a 3 hour cook but definitely passable.

Mississippi style crock pot pork shoulder with garlic bread. I jumped off vHerf as soon as I finished my cigar to eat, I was starting to feel shakey, either from Vitamin N or low blood sugar, or both. So good.

Forgot to mention that the cows milk was fresh (today) and butter wife made last week. Everything fried in fresh lard from Meishan pigs feed no corn or soy
