    Cool story bro
lol. funny. But anyway, haven't we discussed this before regarding CI and Ccom? That supposedly they both shipped from the same warehouse/humidor facility but the companies were different? If you look at the contact information for each one, they are different. So, whats the truth? And if they are the same...why the deceit of two websites?
I was referring to the whiner who started the thread, not JD with that. Ccom and CI are two different companies that share a warehouse. Not sure exactly how this works, but this has been addressed before.
Yes I know you were referring to the whiner. Made me laugh. But the rest of my comment was directed to the BOTL that said CI and Ccom were the same company. My fault for not quoting separately. It was just a generalized comment anyway. Keep 'em lit!

    oh look!
you finally did what they asked you to do (provide order numbers) and they were able to fix it.
    Surprise surprise.

see what happens when you follow directions? maybe now you will see how good ccom is when you work with them instead of doing nothing and expecting the world.

Like they couldn't find me with my (soyousee) on this forum. lol The prompt of money I spend got them jumping! Received tin of ten Grand Pearls Y-day. Nice jester.
I like most humans don't feel good about ourselves, especially in the USA, if we are not giving back to others. After all the blessings I have received. Wealth and possessions have been given with very little effort. Hard work and doing without when I was younger has paid great dividends.
If you had my name and Googled it, you would find video of Farm Day at Scottish Rite Hospital. Filmed by me and produced by my wife. It is shown at all SR units. Also pic's of Aircraft I have built to fly Aerobatics. My family pic's going back 2 century's. Some of my early inventions and a mug shot for my arrest on false charges by the police officer next door. Trial comes up next month and we (me and my attorneys) intend to have him lose his badge for Perjury and filing false charges. We can prove it!
The last AC I built flew 190 mph with a 180 hp engine at the Sun & Fun 100 pylon race.
My bank runs a food bank in Dallas with no cost to recipients. Everyone in my circle of friends give back to Thank God for all we have been given.
It's funny to hear some people calling me names, and incite as to why they don't rise above the petty attacks.
My post was to bring attention to the packing problem and nothing more. I have still not asked for anything.
Starting with a GED I got in the Texas Department of Corrections (prison) that I got when I was 19, night schools for years after, and asking for Gods help, I am 70, healthy, & happy.
Although I have let God down many times, he has NEVER let me down.
I put Ccom back on my Favorites list but it will be some time before I buy from them again as I have just ordered 6 boxes of La Pearla Habana Black Pearl Cobre Belicoso and a box of Ave Maria Reconquista. I recommend the Cobre to all. It is a fine well priced daily smoke. I did use the Purple Label Torpedo as a daily smoke but the last 2 boxes were busted up (not all) and were soft and mushy, not a 3 dollar cigar at all.

Cool story, bro. Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back.

And FYI, I've tried to get guys' address info on here from a forum name to send them free cigars ("bomb" them) and reps rightfully refused to do that. Both me and the member were long-standing customers and forum contributors, but digging for that info. for any reason, even customer service, is a HUGE no-no.

Wow soyousee so your 70?!?! I guess age and wisdom don't make a difference and you proved it!!!!!!! I'm actually upset that the customer reps went far out of there way for you since you didn't listen to anyone!! Really you can keep saying you spent x amount of money and all of that but IMO this is what cheap people do to try to make others feel bad for them. For other forums sake I hope your not part of any more of them since they will call it as they see it and this forum is very polite!! The fact that you call others out for being what ever you want to say is sad and petty...I hope you find satisfaction somewhere else because you are not a match here IMHO and will never let this down

Love you Ccom, but this is an instance when the customer is not right. What an effing d bag, I'm sad to say we inhabit the same state. Please send me his address so I can poop in a box and send it to him.

OR you gave them the order numbers like they asked. But hey, you are clearly the only person who has spent three grand at cigar.com. you have us all in awe.

Careful puffing up your chest too much, it might explode.

Wait.............let me get the hip waders out..................ok, continue the bull manure flowing.

    From Ccom's Help page.
    Under "Receiving.
    Kind of self explanatory.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service department at [service@cigar.com] or Call 800.357.9800 for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Note: we do not accept half smoked cigars as damaged material.

How do I return an order?
We have a no questions asked policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at [service@cigar.com] or Call 800.357.9800. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping. Note: we must receive the returned cigars in 'like-quality' packaging and we will not accept damaged cigars that return with no padding or protective packaging.

Soyousee, I am confused as to why you think we're so evil.  I mean sure we listen to Slayer now and then, but we're no bloodthirsty, money worshipping, shadow corporation trying to pull one over on our customers.  I cannot find your actual name and account simply by your forum name - you can believe what you want but that is the truth.  Maybe I'm just bad at my job, lol.  I asked you to call or email me, which you did not.  Once you posted order numbers we found your account and contacted you, coming to a resolution it looks like you are pleased with.

As far as your claim we only helped you once we were aware of your ordering history, that is incorrect.  When a problem arises, we help all of our customers regardless of their financial histories.

I appreciate you posting about the packaging issue, which we have addressed with our warehouse team.  If you have any questions, concerns, or requests don't hesitate to contact myself directly.  You can certainly use these forums as a sounding board it just may take longer to get your problem fixed.

You sound like a great guy who leads a very interesting life. But, your assumption that it's logical to complain about busted cigars while ignoring any attempt at a resolution is backwards thinking. And throughout this whole thread you have stuck to your assumption and fought for your assumption instead of walking away as your original post implied and at least one of your post specifically stated. So, at this point, I'm thinking it's just kinda' sad that you keep coming back. You should leave us in your wake and never look back. That would be way better than all this. Right?

Thanks Irish.  I know sometimes it seems I only come out of the woodwork when there's a problem...  but I want you and all of you to know if you email me I will get back to you personally.  Requests, questions, feedback - I want it all!

Now in terms of how long it will take me to get back to you, well that's another story.  Might want to curl up with a good book and a Zima - this could take awhile.

Now let's get back to smoking some great cigars!

Nothing to thank Tim. I work senior level customer service myself and the way you and your staff handle things so well was part of what has inspired how I aporoach customer service. Thanks for being such a shining example of that for us all.
