Can someone tell me what I have?

I was given what was told to me to be a cigar mold that makes your cigars wavy? I can't find anything online like it? Can anyone give me some info?

It looks like an antique on the outside but it has two long indentations on the inside?

    Most likely a crooks mould.
    They were designed for use in making culebra cigars, which is how people working in factories, who were allowed one cigar to take home, used to get away with taking 3 home.
    Which is why it's called a crooks mould.

    This is a crooks mould.
    It is used for culebra cigars.
    It is the only image I could find of one, but it is the only thing I can think of that you are talking about.
