    Well, it's seem that no one is willing to throw you under the bus.

    As for any that I haven't tried, only 1 and while I think it has just released, I don't think it's available yet.

    And that just wouldn't be playing fair.
    That's a tactic I use. Send something from the vendor, so it makes it hard for paybacks. LOL!
