    "What this country needs is a good 69-cent cigar."
    That would be great if it was a "good" 69 cent cigar. If you are looking to have a cigar on hand for those who don't normally smoke cigars, then it probably isn't bad, but there is a reason it is boxed 100 to a box and only 69 cents each.

    It is passable, but not new.
    It's been around for many years.
