Who do you guys contact when you make an order? I've never actually called or emailed (maybe once) for an order.

    Tim hooked me up real well once. And Andy helped me in a big way for my secret santa this year. Both guys are great, but it seems like Andy answered his emails more often for me.

    Agreed, Sean is my main man, although they all are good, Andy, Kristen, The Beard. Hey what happened to Kelly.
    Prefer to call in my orders for the most part but they are all pretty quick at emailing you back.

    I don't think you could go wrong with any of the reps. Tim B was the first to contact me and has gone well above and beyond to make up for a deal that sold out before I could get to it.

    I believe any of them will do you good. I usually use Tim or James. I shoot off an email telling them what I want and they respond with an outstanding offer.

    They have all responded in a very positive manner whenever I have a question or place a custom order. It has been Sean the last few times and I am happy with the responses and service he has provided.
