Just wondering if everybody is/was around the same age.

I turn 30 this month and I am really starting to lose my hair. I would take gray over losing it anyday.

I am lucky I still haven't found a grey at 29. I am blonde and I think that it is probably hiding the grey if there is any.

I've been going gray for a long time now. I just got a haircut and noticed how much gray was coming off my head. And just now, I came across a hand held mirror (I'm still unpacking) and went to have a better look in the big mirror. I'm not going gray anymore. I'm gray.

43 and starting to notice it now. Red hair hides it well, and I keep it fairly tight so not easy to notice. Just started growing a goatee and that is coming in with much more gray than I like though.

A couple of years back I said something about grey hair and everyone laughed. It seems it was so gradual I never noticed. Still lots of natural color but the grey is everywhere. When I shaved this winters beard off it was almost 100% grey. At least I am not growing bald, and the last time I visited my mother she said the grey was very distinguished looking.

Yep. Not much gray but getting real thin on top.

I got my mom's dad's hairline (they say you get your hair from the maternal grandfather) so it was receding early. Fortunately, once I got into my 20's, I got more "comfortable in my own skin" and it stopped bothering me; if my buddies razzed me about it, my standard reply was, "It's more face to love!"

Then around 50 what hair I did have, along with my beard turned grey. Like Bob, I'm not going grey, I am grey. And... so what? There are bigger fish to fry than whether or not I look my age. I'm single, and hope to find another bride someday, and in a weak moment I sometimes think I'd rather have a full head of not-grey hair. But then it dawns on me that I am in fact 60, and a 60 year-old woman won't be a spring chicken either, and we'll have to love each other as we are. If we do the best with what God gave us, then that's as good as we can do.

I´m 26 now, 27 this year... I´ve had an odd white patch in my beard for a couple years, but the hair overall seems to be staying strong. Unfortunately, I have a very strong natural widow´s peak (I´ve had it my whole life), so people think my hair is receding all the time. Whatever, my wife likes me the way I am, and I couldn´t give a **** less what anybody else cares :-)

    Good words man, definitely agreed.

My goatee started going grey about 5 years ago and I started to see some grey in my temples last year, I'm 50 and blond. Hairline is still good tho, I'm not too worried about it at any rate, it is what it is.

Some white in the beard and, um, elsewhere, appeared around that time. But on the top and sides of the head, I don't have any. A couple of haircuts ago, the lady cutting it told me I was thinning a bit and would I be interested in some product that could help with that. I said nope, I'm not that vain, and my wife likes me with hair or no hair so why else should I mind? She kept trying. I haven't been back there.

I'm 50+ and am getting grey at the temples. So I'm hoping my hair will stay the way it is for quite some time.

Seems like it starts on the face, but hadn't a porn-stash since the 80's so I noticed when my chest started going. Grew a beard 4 years ago, I was 53 then and it was all white and grey. Still holding onto some hair color but the treeline is receding and the grey forces are heading south of the border.
