Straight or bent

Which do you prefer? I seem to be able to light a bent stem better.

I tend to prefer a bent, no particular reason other than I like the look better, even my 'bulldogs' have a slight bend.

Straight, find it easier to clench, which I often do.

I prefer bent... Just cause there is more effort for that nasty tobacco gurgling liquid to get into my mouth! lol

I have always like the looks of the bent pipes, but in all honesty, two of my best smokers are straight!! I also find them easier to hold on to.

I have a mix of both. Straight are great for holding in your mouth when your hands are doing other things, bent is great for relaxing or reading. When reading it keeps the bowl out of your sight line.

I only have a bent pipe, I have not tried a straight pipe yet, but would like to. Throw some nice black cavendish in the pipe, sit back and relax.

If I'm reading, I like the bent, other times I like the straight.

I have more straight than bent. I Think I like the look of a straight pipe and I do clench some, but frequently just let it sit in my hand.
