Has anyone ran one? I want to get into them. I pre-registered for the one comming to Arkansas in 2016. Hope to be ready by then. Lol

    Haven´t done it, but my brothers have. I´ve trained for it, though - major cardio work, seriously... make sure to work it up with interval training, inclines, and step/elliptical training. The events definitely take their own training (less intensive, IMO), but if you´re winded it´ll make it all 10x harder. Good luck man!

    Yeah, I have a LONG way to go. Im so far out of shape right now im a puddle. Lol. But I want to do it and for me thats motivating.
