Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy cigars and that's close enough.

It's only two hours from here, so for me it's not too bad. Now that we've moved South, CigarFest is a little too far, although I really enjoyed the last one we went to.
That being said, I just got back from the Smokin' in the Carolinas. My wife got me a VIP ticket for an early Father's Day present. We had a great dinner Friday night, great liquor sampling and we got 5 R & J Cigars and a few extras from some of the reps that were there for dinner. Gorgeous setting out by the pool and you could smoke before, during and after the event. In fact, I was able to have a cigar this morning with my coffee after breakfast..
Today, we got in an hour early and got to spend some time with the vendors before the opened the doors. All told, we got over 55 top name cigars, a great barbeque all day, seminars and free beer. There were also wine tastings at almost every booth.
The goodie bag had a hat, coffee cup, a box of various name brand cigars,a golf poncho, a car cigar ashtray, a premium cutter, wine stoppers and a great bag. All it all, I think it was well worth the price of admission. As I said before, I enjoyed Cigarfest, but that is now quite a drive for me for what is now a one day event also.
