The new Tremonti CD just dropped this week and its been on repeat for me.  What are you guys/gals checking out that is worth listening to?

Here is the first song on this disc.  It just hits you right in the face...

    Their new cd is ok compared to their previous releases.

    Funny tie in to this thread. I just heard A7 for the first time yesterday. I listen to a ton of classic rock, older metal, country, jazz, and classical, so I sorta skipped them earlier (Knowing jack about them, I assumed they were angsty emo shizz).

    I am am surprised how good much of A7 sounds.

    I have lost some interest in Zac Brown Band.  They have lost some of their soul feeling for me recently.  They are becoming too mainstream poppy for me.

    Sooo i searched for the old Songs thread and this came up.....?


    Well I guess this fits the bill .... most of the stuff I've been listening to lately is relatively new.......

    Way different than the "classic rock" I'm normally piping through the speakers but these songs just feel right for summertime......
    Nice change of pace .... good variety of up-tempo, "feel-good" tunes to combat all the gray, dreary, rainy days we've had here.

    Hard to pick a favorite but "Jamie XX - Good Times" or "LA+CH - California" might be towards the top.
