Sun Went Down

I live in a 100+ year old farmhouse. In the 60's the owner built on a cinder block garage. Garage faces west and gets hot as hell in the summer.

Periodically, after the sun sets, I will open the garage doors crack a cold one and throw darts. The attic above the garage is un insulated and opening the doors drops the temps 10 degrees instantly. I need to get it insulated.
