    Interestingly, I once saw a clip of GB addressing a British crowd, he was able to pronounce "Nuclear", later the same year, he was back to nucular, in America.  Cashing in on our love of the vulgae, as so many politicians do.  I've never understood why we feel we must sound/act stupid to be included, but I must say it's a cultural phenomenon that is certainly costing us in terms of education.
