Over capacity

What's up with this..  Every 30 seconds I get an over capacity message.  Must be a lot of folks hanging out here right now.  Welcome all !

    There were only 20 people listed at the time, seemed strange to me since I have never seen this before.  Maybe just a small blip. It's better now.

    I got that a couple times. Also get logged out constantly. Wasn't sure if it was the forum or my browser acting up.

    Yep I got that too. It was a few days ago though. Guess its just a hickup with the new design.
