How do you use it?  It doesn't come up during checkout.

    There is no code, it will be valid for 30 days from when you hit the link. When you add items to your cart you should get this message:

    ENJOY 10% OFF TODAY'S ORDER!

    By mail is tricky, better off calling in the order.  Just mention it when you order, if you missed the date they usually will still honor it.

    I would say get your order together in your cart, call customer service and let them know. I am sure they can provide a discount code or maybe even just take the 10% off the order for you.

    I don't think you get the birthday deduction if it's an item they have a special deal on either.
