Awesome was just about to ask about this because my wife thinks she saw a package at the front door when leaving the house (I dont know why she didnt just stop and actually look.....) but when I returned home there was nothing. I hope they didnt take one day to be delivered lol. Would be awesome but would also mean someone stole them off my porch.
Alright ya'all, I have the cigars!!! They are fresh rolled, so need some time. I'm going to send them out in about a week along with the form to fill out. Like I said, THEY ARE FRESH ROLLED, so please take your time once you've received them. Thanks for the patience and I'm looking forward to the results!
Hey @kemper74 I am traveling most of next week. Any chance you could get mine out this week so they are not sitting in my mail box for a week. Or else the end of next week?

If they where just rolled you should get them out sooner than later. If they are good to smoke now you could run the chance of letting them hit a sick period...just an fyi. If they are in a sick period now then you may be months before they are smokable.
Team O'Donnell FTW!

I don't want to turn this into a different conversations but let's clarify what we mean by "sick" period. Are we talking about the ammonia smell that is a product of continued fermentation that comes from cigars that cigars that are freshly rolled? If that's the case then I suggest that he sends them out along his regular timeline and we agree not to smoke them until they don't smell like ammonia .
Or are we talking about, in a general sense, cigars with age on them often being better then non-aged cigars? While this is certainly true in many cases I think most people make way too much of this because most cigars are released when they are "smokable."
If you are talking about the "sick" period some cuban cigars go through, I need a little more help understanding this. I thought this was a '"Cuban thing" and (somewhat) the thing of urban legends?

I was referring to fresh rolled cigars that go through a fermentation period and release ammonia a bit after being rolled. Personally if they are freshly fresh I would love to get my lips around one as soon as possible.
Life is too short to smoke bad cigars!!!
Oh when the Blues, Oh when the Blues, Oh when the Blues go marching in!
Fresh right off the bat are AWESOME. I doubt they are on these due to the longer shipping time to get to me. I'll kind out if he had let them rest at all before shipping.....I'm hoping.
UPDATE. I will be shipping out the review cigars on the 10th of December. They have been resting long enough, in my humble opinion and I don't want to make ya'all wait any longer. I broke into one yesterday and, WOW. It's time.

UPDATE! Packages are being shipped tomorrow! It's about time to kick this pig. I'll hit everyone with their individual tracking #'s tomorrow also. Thanks for the patience.
