Sorry for the delay I looked on the forum this mornin and did not even see this. So since I have the first pick do I have the last pick of the entire thing?
There are three rounds, so you will get at least three turns. However, you get an additional turn each time someone steals your cigars. So the last person will be whoever chooses to reveal the last letter instead of stealing a package. It will probably make more sense as we go along.
