WTT sports cards for cigars

Okay here is the deal: I have two medium sized flat rate boxes packed with unsorted baseball (mostly), football, and basketball cards. Most are from the late 1980s and early 1990s. I estimate there are about 1,400 cards in each box.  Most are loose though some are in plastic.

If you're interested,  the trade is simple. I send you one of my my medium size boxes full of cards and you send me a small flat rate with some cigars. Don't go crazy because I'm sure my cards are all common.

Any interest?

I am sure not many of the young ones seen Ernest Givens play. That's a blast from the past. Oilers were awesome back then, of course they folded in the playoffs. Go back a few years more and you have the battering ram ..... Earl Campbell. The golden days of the NFL.

U got carpet bombed with the line up of smokes. Very nice!!!

The boys know Earl Campbell, as I have made them watch his highlight reels.

I have one more medium sized flat rate but can't ship until next week as I'm out of town.   Let me know if anyone wants it.

When I was a kid and we moved into our first house, the original owners left behind a huge box of baseball cards from the 50s and 60s that included rookie Mickey Mantle, Sandy Koufax, Willy Mays, Sandy Koufax cards. Naturally, one year my mom threw them all away when she was doing spring cleaning.

    Sound familiar?  :)

When I first started collecting cards, my Dad said I could have his. I rode my bike as fast as I could to Grandpa and Grandma's house but I got the same results. He had mentioned Mantle, Mays and the ones I really wanted, Harmon Killebrew and Rod Carew.

I've heard similar stories from a friends dad and my moms boyfriend. Both had Mantle, Ruth, etc rookie cards that got tossed/burned.

If nobody else wants these, let's do another trade. The boys have enjoyed these even though they are not old enough to know many of the baseball players. Brings back memories....like Billy Ripken's 1989 card

Bump -- I have one box left.  Anyone want it? I move this week and would rather drop it off at the post office than move it with me.
