Could you convert an industrial fridge previously used for storing flowers at a flower shop into a humidor to hold cigars and what do you think would be the cost on the conversion?

You could, the challenge is gonna be keeping temp; compression vs thermoelectric is the key to keep in mind. Thermoelectric are what is used in the nicer wineadors. If you could place it in an unfinished basement (keep it from getting too hot in summer), and put some lbs of beads or KL in there you could make it work
